Sumatra nurture smooth, cultured blends. Rich, aromatic
and high grown, the coffees of Kenya are replete with
the majesty of East African plains.
Kenya Estate
Kenya Estate, our winey, acidic, fine East African coffee is
grown on the slopes of the beautiful volcano, Mount
Kenya, Here, the high altitude, with its cool nights and
warm days,
combines with the rich volcanic soil to produce flavors
not found in other parts of the coffee worlds.

Origin: Guatemala Rainforest Coffees medium roasted to
allow the integrity of the coffee to be tasted at its
best. This single
origin produces a good medium body, sweet with just a
touch of acidity
Marseilles French Roast
Our French Roast will transport you to the open-air cafes of Paris’ Champs
Elysées.
Magnificent gourmet coffees
of Colombia, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, roasted
to a medium dark, create a dark, rich, full-bodied, yet
winey taste that exhilarates the pallet like a fine
French wine.
Caffe Sumatra
For Caffe Sumatra, we use only the best gourmet Sumatra
Mandheling. The
flavor is rich, thick, syrupy, and heavy with chocolate
and earthy undertones.
It is designed and roasted to be the heaviest
coffee of the offering ~ best served after dinner with a
dark chocolate or other rich desserts.
Caffe Vecchio
Caffe Vecchio transcends the present and evokes the essence of
old-world Italy.
Kenya AA and high mountain grown Colombian coffee,
skillfully blended with the finest Central American
gourmet coffees, form a unique, well-rounded blend.
Winy, with an acidic character and a hint of
nuttiness; Caffe Vecchio is deep, rich and full bodied,
capturing the allure of Italy’s legendary age-old
coffees.
Caffe Sumba
From an island in Indonesia, to the rich volcanic mountains of
Central America comes Caffe Sumba.
It is our darkest coffee featuring a heavy, rich
body with a hint of sweetness.
These hand picked Arabica coffees are blended and
customized for a well-balanced cup.
Avila Decaffe
For Avila Decaffe, we use magnificent gourmet coffees of
Colombia and Central America roasted to a medium dark,
rich, full body with none of the caffeine.

The
award-winning Extractor® Series features the Pulse-Brew
Intermittent Spray Shower Brewing System with intermittent
spray technology to ensure that the body, taste and aroma of
the coffee pass into the customer’s cup without degradation.
Other innovative features include external calibration and
set-up, a large spray disc for optimal saturation and a
pre-wet cycle that can be turned off or on to assure
thorough extraction for accurately controlling the contact
time allows for precision recipe development. Adjustable
parameters include: Brew Volume, Brew Time, Pre-Wet Percent,
Drip Delay, Brew Temperature, Bypass Percent, Pre-Wet Delay
and Low Temp/No Brew. After brewing, the portable, insulated
